The latin word for movement and change.
We are not a traditional law firm. We don't have high overheads and costs, and we don't have billable hours. Instead, we rely on technology and experience to be as efficient as possible. We are also really passionate about what you do and want to work alongside you.
We specialise in commercial and business transactions, and capital raisings. We are experts in corporate and commercial law, and we don’t try to dabble in areas of law that we don’t have expertise in. As a result of that, clients have trusted us to help them navigate through over 150 corporate or capital raising transactions and hundreds of commercial contracts since 2014.

Since we do not work on hourly rates, we are not interested in dragging out the work or doing work for the sake of doing work. Our interests are aligned because we both want to close the deal sooner rather than later.
We hate to be road blocks and we are known to come up with innovative transaction structures to just get the deal done, so everybody gets what they want.
